HAHAHA that was the plan but i ran out of material, thanks for pouring salt on the wound lol...So if any of you plan on lining the inside of your bronco with the raptor kit you will need 5 bottles of liner, the kit comes with 4...Go figure

It looks really good either way. Even if you just masked the pillars & bottom and sprayed the roof/tubes, that would look good. A headliner would be super nice but i like the bare roof & pads too. Every time i get an almost done feeling i look at the cargo area of a bronco like your's and lose sleep with gears turning! Nice layout

Thanks man i really appreciate it! Now i need to figure out the best spot to mount a jack, fire extinguishers, and spare steering etc... I figure I should have 2 fire extinguishers, one up front and one in the cargo area. The spare steering will be mouned somehow to the crossbar behind the rear seat, im still up in the air about a clean spot to mount the jack though...i want it easily accessable but dont want to take up the space for the extra spare tire.

Tony heres a few shots of how i mounted up the spare tire. This was solo bobbys idea and im glad we went this route, its super sturdy and doesnt take up much cargo space!

Awesome, thanks Randy.
Did Bobby do the cage? How did he come through the dash?

Do you think there is enough room to mount it
To the left of the cooler underneath the tire hook?

No we did it over at my other buddies shop RT Factory with Jason Rivera and Loco. We did all the major cage work over there because i dont have a bender then i brought it home and welded everything up and did all the straight bar work. We notched the dash on both sides of the A pillar and went down and tied in to the frame. We built a custom steering column mount and removed the gigantic original mount. The crossbar behind the dash was radius bent just like the eyebrow to keep it tight. Ill see if i can find some pictures with the dash off. I had to notch some of the ducting for clearance and sealed the notch with beer cans, rivets and duct tape LOL sounds funny but it worked out great!

It would be a tight fit but it just might work. I dont know if it would clear with a 35" spare though. I hoping to switch to 35's this year.

What jacks are you guys using? I want to run a aluminum style race jack and build a skid for it. Im thinking possibly the harbor freight aluminum 1.5 ton to keep the cost down but it might be a bit under powered for the bronco...Opinions?
