Unless I need to replace the fenders I won't be considering glass. The front bumper is gonna stay put, it's the way I envisioned it. My goal is to make this as capable as possible without losing the bone stock Ford Bronco look. A "sleeper" sums up what I wanted.

Had a chance to check out your ride while I was at Southwest Performance last week; what a sweet rig!

Attention to detail is awesome; got me thinking of keeping my stock bumper on my '96.

Pics of the rear track bar set up when you can please - looks like an awesome compromise for axle wrap and articulation
for a dual purpose rig.

Mark finished up rear bumper, spare tire mount and created an integrated Jack mount. This is a custom jack with a pivoting base, similar to what Hi-Lift and Smittybuilt have done. My partner and I are working to build our own offroad jack that is much lighter with tighter tolerances (eliminates most of the rattle...) and better build quality. Anodized finish instead of spray paint. We're still shaking out design flaws before I give you guys a closer look at it. Powder coat looks much better than rusty metal...

I didn't notice any yesterday while rock crawling in Big Bear, did an 8 hour run with the windows open.

Took a trip with my partner up to Heartbreak Ridge in Big Bear this past weekend, wanted to put some warm offroad miles on the bronco before the Aug 3rd Mexico trip. Came back with a wobble in the Flexlite fan and the check engine light on, no fluids leaking though. Obviously I need to address those things in the next couple weeks...

We actually ended up taking some canyon trail all the way to Johnson OHV near 29 Palms, about an 8-hour offroad trip. Here are some of my pics from the trip. My partner took some pics as well, will post some of those up when I get em.
