My beams are getting pretty close to being done, still need to do more plating and rad arm mounts. I also ordered my front shocks from king, picked up my rear leaf springs, mounted my arm dry flow intake, and modified a nice aluminum overflow to work on the bronco.

Yep these are 64" springs, and the air filter is just a 3x5 aem dryflow, the mount bolts up to the maf style intake, I can make more of these if anyone is interested.

Wow you can really weld beautifully. Theres not a need to TIG when you can MIG like that! Just three questions-- 1. is the propane torch for the final cleaning of the sleel? 2. How great of eye sight do you have? 3. what thickness material did you use on the beams? 3/16" maybe--I am needing to do some plating in the next couple days and just curious if I have the right material. Again beautiful welds-- aggravating but beautiful

Thanks man! The torch is not used in my welding process was just on the table, my eyesight is good, 3/16 is overkill an hard to form on contours, i use 1/8, with 3/16 on the bottom to act as a bash guard

Vintage - why the question on eyesight - just curious? Thinking maybe all the welding is bad for the eyes? If that is the reason, well, my eyesight sucks now & I really can't tell you if it's years of sitting behind the glowing box (computer) for work) or years of spending many of my nights welding. I used to be 20/20 or better & I'm not 20/60 or worse.
Been behind the glowing box & welding about the same amount of time = +/-12-13 years

Well-- being able to see what the hell you are welding is tough for lots of people. I see ok but for sure not like others -- and those who can weld like CHO-- sorry dont know your name-- typically have very steady hands like a surgeon and have pretty darn good eyesight.
