Nice video.. It looks like the suspension is working well with a decent amount of droop.

I may have to enter one of these in the future just to get some awesome pics. You've gotta frame at least one of those for sure.

Got the new radio and intercom all wired! I had my first lesson on my buddies mill making a mounting plate for the intercom. Also made a new bracket that holds both the maratrac head unit and the rugged unit.

Also scored a PW50 for $150! I am fixing up for my sons 3y/o B-day in September, tearing it all down to clean it and dial it in for him.

I was in the stands with my kids. Your truck was impressive, very smooth through the bumps and the landings looked "soft". Better than some trucks that had alot more $$$ in them. When I was looking for a Bronco everyone told me leaf springs don't work but after seeing that I have to disagree!

I am very happy with the set up. Giants 64 kit works very well and the few additions I made to it seem to help. The driveline and floor are the real limiting factors. From the research I did gains are minimal unless you strech it when you link it. I have a 3" notch and I would have had to go through the floor if I had upper links to worry about.

You have my buddies old bronco I beleive, with the menzinie arm set up. I never saw it in action, just a few pics. How do you like that set up?

So far i am not impressesd with it. Compared to my buggy it sucks but it has alot to do with the internal bypass. I have a hard time with them and every change I make creates another problem. I am thinking about changing things around and going with a standard set up.

Leafs are where its at!!!! For the work required to do the Mez setup....... a simple notch to the frame and you are in way better shape, probably for a good chunk less money and weight!

Before you do that I would set up a tuning session with a reputable shock tuner. Or at least try a different shock that is easier to tune. I'd like to see pics of this setup. Do you have a build thread I missed?

I would just ditch the revolutions and put some regular C/O maybe a king IBP. I know everything was really tight in that package to keep the rear seat. Im with Kelly on this one though, there is no reason that set up cant be tunned to work well. I think the rev racing shock is where it went wrong.

I am in the building industry and don't have alot of time/ knowledge in offroading like most of you do. I do alright with the shocks on my other vehicles but these are a little different. I need someone that knows what they are doing. I have tried Revolution the guy who made them, offered cash to meet me but he wasn't interested. I would be more then happy to pay someone Just can't find someone that knows what they are doing. I have heard mixed reviews on these shocks but people who like them, really like them. I never did a build thread, bought it about 95% of what it is now.

Did REV give you any info on who may be able to assist you with there product? Ditch them and go with something more basic. Just sell the REVs and get regular C/O. I looked into the king IBP's cause of how much noise a standard bypass makes they only come in 2.5" though, could be cool.

Apples to Oranges. A full framed HEAVY truck will never handle like a buggy.
