Tranny issue resolved. I got the new valve body installed as well as a new neutral switch. Shifts perfect! I ended up just pulling the stock alluminum spacers of an my buddy made new ones for the switch. Almost took it out yesterday but just too many little thing I had to take care of, didn't want to be impatient and mess something up.

Soooo a buddy of mine came over do I took him around the block.... I won't ever forget to put the hood pin in again!! Luckily the only thing that got damaged is the panel between the good and windshield. Ooops

BUMMER!
I did that in my old exploder once and same thing - it sucked!

I've got 2 87-91 cowls here if you want them. They aren't exactly the same as the 92/96 but are close and look to be easy to make work with minor trimming. Take both, use one to practice trimming on/do the trimming to and then have a spare in case you need the 2nd one once you figure out the trimming.

Looking awesome man, must be nice to be able to drive it again! I like your rear glass, and it will look awesome when you get the matching front. (Not to say it doesnt look awesome now, just next level awesome!)

It like to be on 3 wheels. it shouldnt be as bad in the dirt, the spool makes the rear fight the front. Also its a little "prerunner" with the front higher which is causing it to lean more as well. Hopefully I can dial down the body roll.

Bumper almost done just needs the skid plate. We finished the diagonal tubes and capped off the end.
