Great progress Will! That job is time consuming but so worth at the finish line.

Hey Will the interior is looking great! How are you fixing the broken clip mounts on the panels? I am having the same issue with my 96 and my 97 350 and the rattling is driving me nuts.
I'm just here for the views. It helps me feel wanted.

Unfortunately i don't really have a plan at the moment.

Will linked me to this, but it's for the crew cabs, and only for the driver's side. Thought about buying and cutting it down to work on the Bronco, but out of stock :(

They responded to my comment on there that they’re working on both a passenger side one as well as one for the regular and extended cabs, which would work on our Broncos!

I’ll have to check them while it’s apart. I’m hoping they’re in good enough shape that I don’t have to replace them now.

The goal is to run the beams as is until I go to coil overs and do C&T at the same time, maybe a year or two from now
I would suggest doing the C&T at the same time. All the bronco suspension companies do it for like $300 and you will save your self having to strip down your beams twice. You can then convert those beams to coilovers late ron without removing them.

I will say this about beam bushings. 1 is do not use master pro. The only ones I have found that are tight enough you have to press in are moogs. If you have to replace them then you may want to go ahead and do the cut and turn beams. Last time I did bushings without pulling the beams off it was a major headache.

I'm having Desolate do the install since their radius arms need brackets welded to the beam, which i cannot do myself. I am buying Travis's C&T/uniball pivot, trussed etc beams when he converts his F150 to fabricated 2wd beams. No need to do the C&T for now.

With the sound deadening and all the carpet back in, i finished up the interior panels and put my GooseGear plate system back in.

Humble brag, but the new carpet looks friggin amazing. A little bunchy near the gas pedal, so i may have to do some massaging with the steamer.

Also made some small progress on the hacked up stereo wiring... Ran the RCA cables from the amp up into the dash. Cleaned 20 years of dust and spilled coffee out of the HVAC controls and reassembled them.

Now i have to find my head unit i misplaced (how does that happen?) and start clipping unnecessary wires then shrink wrap and tuck them away. I should only need power, ground, and light dim signal from the original wiring, since i bypassed the factory amp and all speaker wires.

Rock Auto! But it's ACC Carpet. Half the price it's sold anywhere else.

Thanks man! the billet really makes things nice and neat.

Thanks! It's definitely not perfect. I should have watched ACC's youtube series on carpet installation. They talk about a lot of things that would have made the job easier, and resulted in an even better fit.

Also, get a steamer. Worth the $40 from Target.

RockAuto has all levels, from good stuff to crap. Just had to order some O2 sensors for my Tundra and anything but Denso throws them off supposedly. Rockauto had denso for WAY cheaper than Vatozone, O'Reilly, etc. Even cheaper (for 2 of the 4 at least) than straight from Denso. They also had super budget level sensors available. Funny thing was 2 of the 4 sensors I had to buy were cheaper straight from Denso. Go figure.

Good to know, i have a couple customers with Tundras. weird that they were cheaper from the manufacturer.
