Thanks Tony! I consider that huge compliment from the guy with the prettiest black bronco. I'd say compared to Princess she's more like the butch step sister from Shrek.tcm glx wrote:Wow. Major transformation. Must say big improvement.

But, she looks hot to me!!

Here's a few close ups so you guys can get a better feel for the finish and the depth of the color.

Wow, the pray gun lays it down nicely. I don't think we can get the gallons of it in California

Re: The Chief's Clever Bronco
It is decently resilient. You have to remember though that it was made to peel off. That said, IMO red is the most difficult color to have turn out well. I've seen tons of reds and they require a special eye. They spray just fine. I'm strictly referring to the finish tone.zachwabbit wrote:Been thinkin about doin some diagonal red and white retro stripes later on my bedsides and hood, this stuff seem pretty resilient?

Re: The Chief's Clever Bronco
Well today my best friend needed me to watch her golden retriever, Molly. I decided that this would be a great excuse to accomplish two things while I played with a pooch all day. 1. Show off Miranda's (My broncos name.
) and 2. Pick up my new to me rear bumper from Keenan. So to the Newport Pier we went!!

Hey Will. got any pics of the hood pins underneath the aerocatch latches? I've been toying with switching from my Autofab units to something like that.

Re: The Chief's Clever Bronco
Here you go, Taylor. I used M10 rivet nuts in the core support and a 1.5" galvanized washer to distribute the applied forces. Hood is extremely stable. Had it at 80 MPH with only a little wiggle from the edges of the hood. Keep inind though that to mount the latches with a McQueen parabeam hood requires the longer bolts I mentioned in my previous post.nubreed71 wrote:Hey Will. got any pics of the hood pins underneath the aerocatch latches?
