Hey all, I found the site again from RDez and decided to join this time. I'm also into crawling but this seems like a pretty cool site, since pre-running and racing are more about what I'm really into.
I'm in SO CA and have a '67 EB I've had since '98 and been through many mods. I'll be doing the NORRA 1000 next month. I've been going to Baja since the late 70's and chased the Baja 1000 and 500, both loops and tip runs, but this is my first chance to run the NORRA vintage race. It definitely sounds like too much fun to pass up, and I've got Baja fever pretty bad right now, so forgive me if my posts go on about that for the next few weeks.
I hope to hook-up on some trail runs in the Southwest in the future. I've done several ranging from 300 - 700 miles, a few of which I have the .usr Lowrance compatible files if anyone's interested. I'm fortunate that the wife enjoys this too. I also chase for BITD and SCORE.

Thanks for the welcome! Here's some pics of my rig. It's going in the shop for one last dash before it goes to get re-painted before NORRA so I can scratch it all up again

Thanks for the kudos. Yea, I flat tow it once in a while. I always rather trailer it in case something breaks. I flat towed it to the Big Bear Forest Fest a couple years ago and broke a radius arm. Luckily my buddy had a welder.

Beautiful bronco and have a blast at the Norra race. Most fun I've had in Baja.
Send Jason a link to this, he'll appreciate it. He did some nice EB work for me too and I couldn't be happier!

Thanks Bd. I'll send him the link. I'm really looking forward to NORRA for sure. It's right around the corner now. Jason will be done with mine next Tues, then off to paint. That will give me 2 weeks for testing before we head out. I'm glad you're happy with the work he did for you. They're top notch, and won't let anything less out of the shop.
