Hello

Post by EseLoco918 »

New guy from North East AZ.

Just picked up this 81 for $1400.

Here is one of my dogs driving it:

I wanted something 4x4 for when we get our random snow storms and something cheap that I don't care if it is parked outside my work for 14 hours a day. This thing needs a lot of love but it runs. Once I get some debt paid off it will be my restoration project.

My eventual plan is to make this Bronco more of a dual sport. Speed and 4x4 appeal to me equally.

My other truck:
(The Titan)

Hey Scott, it has been a while. I think all that I have changed on the titan since you last saw was the fiberglass, rear bumper, and paying that fat bitch off.
Good deal on the knowledge because I have a lot to fix on this truck before I can even get started the project part of it. I like the idea of having a beater for now though.

I'm like 10 minutes east of Show Low out in the country. I love it out here.

The Titan is sadly basic. Rear is stock (gay) front is just TC uppers, spacers, and Donahoe Racing Coilovers. Just paid it off a couple months ago and then moved up here from Phoenix so all of my extra money went to the move...then to the bronco. I just need to win the lottery.

Maybe on this weekend. My ole lady works a double Saturday which means I have the kids and they suck at offroading. The 2 year old throws up like a fountain and the 4 year old screams and cries.

That's funny I'm baptizing my youngsters slowly also but they only throw up on mountain roads. Maybe u can find kids Dramamine. I do know them looking out the front windows vs the side windows make the biggest differance. I try constantly to point out things for them to see out the front window. Seems to help even though I feel like a 5mph tour guide. Good luck they'll come around.

haha thats funny, my oldest was brought up right, i had her in in my old 77 f 150 strapped in yelling "go faster" at 5
in my yellow ranger running sweep at the forest rallys with me,by the age of 8 she could call corners from my gps with killer accuracy " right 3 dad"
now at 13 she can call miles from my Terratrip computer and read a gps with the clackity bang of my shocks and my motor screaming .....
my youngest? 10 well she still screams at when i three wheel around a corner....she is just like my wife.haha

Quoting this for awesomeness! That is what I'm nervous about with kids. My wife HATES even uneven pavement and gets sick if you look at her funny while in the car. Not the best off road partner for sure. I'm just hoping the kids get more of my genes when it comes the the ability to be upside down and backwords while reading in a car & think nothing of it.

Yeah the 4 year old is weird...on pavement she always wants to go faster, she's fine drifting on dirt roads, but if she thinks we are going to fly off of a jump is when she goes to terrified.
The 2 year old can get carsick driving in a strait line on a flat road. He has even puked after taking Dramamine after driving on the highway and making 2 left turns into a parking lot.
