And here I am...
New'ish to Broncos and currently displaced from the desert, but I'm working on it. (I used to live in Ridgecrest.) I have have '96 Bronco with a 351 that I picked up for a song out here in NC. For some reason all the hillbillys think anything that is 4x4 is worth its weight in gold. And God forbid if you don't go mudding every weekend. So I was lucky to pick up a rust free one with out paying an arm and a leg.

What part of NC? I picked up a Bronco from a guy in Hickory once which turned out to be a great and a not so great story all at once.
My car is a hybrid; it burns gas and rubber.

I'm out in Havelock. I've already done some work to it. I put some manual hubs and will be ordering some General Grabber tires on Friday to match the one I'm using as a spare. It still had the stock spare from 1996 so that was the first thing to go.
Next on the list is to do something with the suspension. I'm not looking to go crazy, but in the end I'd like something that can hold it's own at speed in the dirt.
