IPads for sale

Hey guys,
Have two iPads for sale.....just need one of them gone....
First is a ipad 3rd gen black 16gb with ATT cel capability. Asking 350. Good shape, has a couple minor scratches on the edges.
Second is an ipad 4th generation, black 32gb also with att cel capability, this one is mint, not a scratch on it. Asking 550. If I get the 550, will thro in a Bluetooth Logitech keyboard.
