2003 Ford 4.6, 4R70W, wiring harnesses, computer

I have a 4.6 V8 I pulled from a 2003 Expedition, engine harness, trans harness, computer, 4R70W transmission.
It is high mileage but was running when I pulled it. Was going to use it on my fathers 68 bronco as a rebuild donor. Those plans changed.
I am in Gilbert AZ and just looking to get it out of my shed and make a little $.
