92-96 Headlights with Bi Xenon Projector Conversions!
Re: 92-96 Headlights with Bi Xenon Projector Conversions!
Have to give a big shout out to Tony. Thank you very much. The headlights look awesome. He even went out of his way and got me some clear corners. I didn't even ask for them but he felt it would help the overall look.
I'm heading back to his place sometime tomorrow since he so graciously offered to help me install them.
Thank you,
Jose.

Right on Jose... glad you dig them!!
*************
For anyone wanting a set of these, I have a spare set of projectors that someone ended up bailing on, I can knock around 75 off a set of these conversions if someone wants a set... this only applies to ONE SET.
Edit, 75 bucks. Not percent. Lol

Look who's doing superduty lights now!!!!
I started this project with Tony quite a while ago, and sort of left it on the table for a while. Well, a broken headlight and TERRIBLE light output from stock housings with HID's finally convinced me to finish these.
This was the first set of super duty lights we've done, and they turned out killer. The light output is INSANE! I'll get some beam shots later when I have some time to find a nice wall / dark road.
Please don't mind the beat to hell truck, she's my work truck with 465k on the clock and counting!
Here's a shot showing the comparison between the two:

With the lights apart and trimming for the projector:

Some finished shots:

And a video showing the highs / lows. Again, my camera did a terrible job showcasing this, there's way more glare in the video than in person.

Nice! I like them. Any chance you can also do Fox Body mustang lights? I have HID's in the factory lenses and I can't see anything at night the way it is.

Sweet! I'll definitely send some cash your way as soon as I get my next check. I didn't want to convert back to stock lighting since I already have the HID set up. I'm sure the current bulbs might not work with a projector set up though so it would be cooler to have you make a set for me and then I'll just sell my current ones on craigslist.
What lens housings do you recommend?

'91 Mustang Super Non Special Edition with muffler bearing delete.
I believe '87 - '93 all use the same headlights and light wiring harness. I've seen the one piece lenses (turn signal, headlight and marker light all in one) but they don't look too good. The three piece lens kits look much nicer and I wouldn't mind replacing all of them since my driver's side marker light got knocked off by a piece of truck tire tread on the highway.

Ok, so on the "other site" I'm doing 325 for a set of these. Headlights, with projectors. Not including turn signals or clear corners. Of course bringing that. Over to all of you as well
Side note, working on a 80-86 now!! Should have pictures soon!
