That is a bad ass looking rig! I like it. I spy with my eye Autofab drop down hood and stock width front glass as well! Very nicely done.

Great eye! Autofab drop down hood, glass stock width fenders with 3" higher wheel arches to fit the 35" and uptravel. Alum panel fender wells to keep the stuff out of the engine.

That thing is nice!

Have you ever had problems with any of the D44HD knuckles, bearings, or spindles?

Never had any problems with the knuckles or axles. I busted a u-joint on the passenger side of the D44HD once, but that was directly due to the fact that the mech that I let work on the front end forgot to put the inner race on the right side output differential axle bearing. (I don't let folks work on my stuff anymore!)

That's nice to know. I'm using the same stuff for my Crew Cab but for a 2wd setup. I was originally looking for a D50 setup but the beams I found to cut up ended being D44HD.

The only pic I have with the new KM2s is the pic Yikes posted. I'd put the new tires on and then had the front end painted just before this years 500, I literally picked the truck up from the painters the day before Tech and Contingency.

Are those 18" SAWs? How much travel does that thing have in the back?

Awesome truck.

I might be missing something but it looks like it would be a pain in the ass to get the spares out.

Actually, the spares are exceptionally easy to get in and out. Once the center section is loosened (only a couple of turns), the threaded portion comes out (it's on a hook tied into the cage bar), then I just tilt the tire and roll it out. Very easy. I'm pretty pleased with the way it all turned out. I also reinforced the bed beneath the tire to suppor the weight as I'm beating around off road. The reinvorcement also ties the tool box to the bed so none of it sits directly on the bed skin. Then, it was all Line-X'd... turned out very well and I'm happy with the functionality.

It has a full 18" of travel, but I limited the bump by about ½"
