A few upgrades on the accessories side. My guy is taking his time but at least he does nice work.

What spring combos are you guys running. Accutune set me up with a 250/350 combo, but it seems a little light.

Re: 1990 Ford150 4x4 "Bajamobile"
I think I ran 350/450 on my '94 extracab. 250/350 seems light.

Walter, I had always been told 350/450 were the magic numbers. I did a bunch of research before going with that coil set up. Probably slightly different with that nice new bypass set up, but I'm not sure I'd venture too far off that mark. Especially considering the way you flog the living %^&* out of her now. Also consider the added weight of the cage. It may still be right on the mark. Those old coils have to be absolutely flogged by now.

Is that what was on the truck? The coils were all worn out and the markings were gone.SC150 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 9:59 pmWalter, I had always been told 350/450 were the magic numbers. The engine compartment is just about done and the truck is running again. We got a new driver door and quarter panel installed and the body lines are nice and tight again. Interior work should start soon.

Depends on tire size and how hard you drive it along with your power output and how much you want to spend. They're good insurance but definitely at a cost. If it were me, I'd do a 9" no problem.
I'm just here for the views. It helps me feel wanted.
