Got ya.....39 will help a lot in that location the next trip ....for sure
as more and more races vehicles up the size of the tires they run and horse power.....our chase trucks will have to follow to make sure we can get to them.....hah

I haven't updated this in a while. I put 39s, newer headlights, fiberglass, and built a front bumper for it.

It comes in 4x8 sheets. I buy it from Sabic Plastics.

Truck worked good on the last trip to Mexico, but the front end needs a little prep. Bilstein is retarded so I will probably upgrade to Fox 14x2.5 Coilovers on front with Pac springs and 18x3.0 triple bypass through the bed on the rear.
Eventually I'll put a bypass on the front in front of the coilover. With all my other projects I don't want to spend a lot on this.

Everyone knows 25% of the bolts on most vehicles are extra anyway. Good to go.

You do seem to have a lot of projects Philo. Good job for keeping them all on the plate.

I think that valence material can be sheared on metal shear to get that perfect edge-- at least I'll guess you can.

Yes, you can shear or even use it on a metal brake.VintageIronFab wrote:I think that valence material can be sheared on metal shear to get that perfect edge-- at least I'll guess you can.
I cut with a circular saw and a "fence" and used a file real quick to knock the edge down.
