Ok on my 95 F150 with a 5.8 I've got an issue - it runs like all hell
Thx,
Matt
I got the kit from him just in case but I don't think I'm going to need it, but I still have 5.8 with c6, what trans do you have?Wrightracing.net wrote:Do you have to add the vss to convert a 1990 bronco to maf

I have a C6, Np205 transfercase with a donor 1990 351w/408 and a Currie 9" rearend. I have stripped out all the old wiring from my 1986 and have everything from a 1990 Bronco to put in the 351w/408 stroker. The 408 is my reasoning to go to a OBD2 MAF Setup.S00TLYFE wrote:I got the kit from him just in case but I don't think I'm going to need it, but I still have 5.8 with c6, what trans do you have?Wrightracing.net wrote:Do you have to add the vss to convert a 1990 bronco to maf

I live in CA, so smog passable is a must, at least until I find some acreage out in Ocotillo. The plan is to tune the motor to pass smog, then re-tune for performance. With OBD2, changing the program will be easier to do myself.VintageIronFab wrote:Screw thst David - use 89-93 mustang injection-- especially if you are not going to worry about smog. It's literally like 4 wires and that's it
