Tire Pressure

Different tires -- different correct pressure.
Soft flexy tires can use higher press for better soft sand traction compared to a super stiff tire. My BFG Bajas have to be down to about 15+ before I see any tire bulge. With all my weight I shoot for 32 cold and try to avoid lower pressure. Whern I bury it in the silt or deep loose sand 12-15 usually gets me unstuck.

I dont air down for traction, I do it for thr ride quality. At 20 psi on the km2s it takes out about 90% of the vibration from graded roads and rocky roads are much more enjoyable.
