Threat Motorsports wrote:Its not as easy as 123 but its definitely not rocket science. If you don't build the beams correct you will run into problems..Last thing you want is your axles binding up or worse yet having to force the snouts on after you put your axles in. Everything should go back together nice and smooth. You don't want your balljoints to be at extreme angles unless you don't mind changing them out all of the time..Zero degree cams are what you want to aim for. With a Leveling coil you are going to be maxed out on the cams which is not a good thing. Also If you plan on clocking the 3rd make sure you build the beams to allow you to do so, or its not going to work. You cant clock a beam after the fact or you WILL have problems with your axles. If for some reason you end up not wanting to tackle it yourself let me know. My kits are pretty affordable and the quality is as good as it gets. I also offer a lot of upgrades and have a few added benefits that others don't. I have been building TTB, extended 2wd beams, and equal length beams since 94 so if you have any questions feel free to ask. Keep an eye out soon for my own personal Bronco build. I will start a thread on it as soon as I get more time to work on it. :D
how much do your kits cost?

Just depends on what options you choose. Uniball pivots, truss work, Standard tube style radius arms, CNC formed boxed/Race style radius arms with extra ground clearance, bash guard, yada yada yada yada..All TTB kits come standard now with Billet lowers for accuracy and maximum strength. If you want a standard "H&P" cut and turn I still do them apron request for $100.00 less..If you want axles I only sell new ones I wont extend stock axles because its not cost efficient to make them even half as strong as a new set.

Kevin, do me a favor and browse the Go-Fast and General tech sections. There are several threads that cover most of your questions. Feel free to ask any questions in existing threads. No thread is too old to revive... doing this will keep information consolidated and easy to find and read for the next guy... and the next, and the next.....
