RCVTom wrote:The current price is set at 1995$. I know its high but our basic D44 straight axle kit is 1285$. The TTB shafts require more parts and more machining. Also keep in mind our D44 solid axle shafts are capable of up to 40" tires. All the shafts are 4340 and the joints are 300m. They will have the same "You break it, we replace it" warranty as all our other kits.
That is a good price!
Less then i expected.

I completely understand your shock, and I still don't get the Jeeprzz that drop north of $10k in their axles and still have just a jeep but...

Less then $2k for something off the shelf (& Guaranteed) that addresses the Bomb part of the D44TTB when the only option was making or having made one off custom bits. That is a good deal.
I'll wait for the D50 set up though. :)

I brought in my 44 hd shafts and we're working on a set for my dana 50. As soon as I get my boat sides finished and a full skid pan made I'm gonna try to make it to a few off road parks. I'm not setting a date for when they'll be ready for sale yet but hopefully it will be this spring. 2000 dollars is for a complete set.

Updates??? After I get caught up on a current project and maintenance and overhauls on the other vehicles I'm gonna be running a TTB frontend so I would be interested in these. . .

The pic I posted of our shaft is at the max angle, about 40-45° I think.
I'd like to point out also that we can do custom length shafts for cut and extended beams for no extra charge.

Just measured a clearanced center joint I did. 30 degrees max. You might get a little more if you remove a lot of material but it's probably not worth it.
