Spring Rates for C/O

Hey guys

I am putting together a 1996 Bronco 351w w/ 4" extended TTB's w/ a 2.5 CO.

What rates are you guys running? Would you change set up you have now?

There is a big thread that T linked too...towards the end is mre specific for your setup as I am doing the same setup
