Why not just fabricate a set of beams to use some late-model 1-ton knuckles and outers (Super-60)? You'd be miles ahead in terms of time and money at the expense of weight.

Scott likes excuses to keep his Bronco from ever being finished...

Just kidding.

Pretty sure based on what parts he is looking into that he plans on fabricating a knuckle and is trying to eliminate heavy, weak, cast components.

I want something that anyone can buy that already has a Dana 44 TTB front end. If I make it too specific for a particular TTB, wheel bolt pattern etc, it limits it too much to only one type of customer/truck. Im not looking to make something cheap either. Sure cost is always factor but to a certain degree I dont want it to limit the direction I'm going. I don't want anything cast or super one-off. I want to use as many high-end parts that are already readily available and work well together.

The knuckles, hubs and brakes are the last big ticket item I need to change on my Bronco. Philo is right ... I need something to further delay my project haha He's similar, hence why he just cut the back of his frame off. :D

Should have some solidworks renderings soon .....

I only cut my frame off because Travis needed more frame for his Bronco. It's a vicious circle.
