What grade of bolts are in it now? Can you upgrade them?

it had whatever bolts the trutrac comes with. i'll swing by and look at it again when it's all apart. pro gear has it now. could not tell if threads damaged.

Bigger would the way to go. Go one size larger an tap for fine threads.
I hope I remember to check my bolts.

If they are G8, swap with allen's and torque accordingly.

when the end plate/cap came loose, it moved around and broke off the lip that the cap seats in on the flanged case. see this video to see what parts i'm talking about.

No I was very clear with the tech guy that it was a TTB, but I think he just did not care.

Looks like there is enough room to fit another 3 bolts per side in there. That would help out a lot.
