No expert I think there are some in the 300# range for the TTB.
I was slightly surprised to see 400#.

i have the deaver coils from jbg. They're plenty soft. I couldn't imagine running a 300#. I'd think without sway bars you'd be all over the road.

Napa lists spring rates online. For a stock 1996 F150/Bronco they list 366lbs. They offer a soft spring at 337lbs and a severe duty spring at 423lbs.
They list Rancho 4" springs at 460lbs and 2" springs at 380lbs.
I ran JBG Superlift 5.5" Soft springs on my 71 Bronco. JBG warned me it might be too soft for the street with that type of spring. I don't know the spring rate, but I am guessing around 300. I think these are for rockcrawlers, but I liked them as a good all around spring. It had more body roll than the previous James Duff 4" springs, but was streetable. The EB was probably a 4000lb truck.
My 79 F150 used JBG 6" Superlift standard springs and I would have preferred a softer spring; that was a 4900lb truck.

I believe the deavers are 400 but I also believe that they are a progressive rate if i remember correctly. I have them on the front of my truck and they are much softer than most. I dont believe that they are in the 300s. As a reference most coilover applications use 400-500 as rates on the springs. The other spring I ran that after comparison side by side was not a deaver and the difference is huge in how the front is reacting. Definitely more sway into turns on the street.

how do you like em jeremy? I like the body roll just cant have anything in the truck loose, itll slide around.

I am very pleased with them. Leaps and bounds better than what I had. I took a quick trip to gilman springs last week and was quite impressed. I will know more after the race next weekend. I plan on pre running sat morning before the race.
