bent passenger side drop bracket?

Is this bent or are they made this way? I have a major hunch this is the cause of a few issues I am having including the passenger side axle rubbing on the Axel beam.
Next question is on repaits . is it possible to re bend and then reinforce and gusset? I do not have the money to have a c&t done for me. What would y'all recommend?
