ok so I finally got around to putting on my lift I purchased from a board member. Everything seems to have worked out like
I hoped only thing now is the wheel rub on the radius arms at full tilt. so my question is what size wheel spacer do I have to run to get rid of it?
The package is your basic 4" rancho kit on 35" bfg mud terrains with 4" back spacing on the wheels. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: tire rub/spacers???
On most oem knuckles there is a turning stroke stop bolt. There is a jam nut on the bolt that has a few spot welds. You could grind or file off the spot welds and back the bolts out or replace them with longer ones. This would shorten the full left full right turn positions and make it so the tires don't hit the radius arms. The down side with this is your knuckles range of motion will be stopped short.
Another solution is get a set of wheels with a shallower offset or replace the radius arms or modify them to have a larger inset toward the middle of the truck.

tire rub/spacers???
Mine rub at full lock as well. It not that frequent so I just left it this way. Your only gonna be full lock while backing up or u-turns at really slow speeds I've had no issues with it effecting the side wall and the point on radius arm it hits the paint rubbed off but it stays nice and polished

Re: tire rub/spacers???
Lol. I like the Polish. Appreciate the help cause I dont want to run the spacer on full cycle the wheels just clear the fender id like to keep it that way. Thanks
Re: tire rub/spacers???
It's doubtful that you could run a spacer big enough to eliminate the rub. I went to 4.5" over beams that are extended past the radius arm, and my tires still kiss the radius arm at full lock from time to time.
