Jet performance chip
Well like my build thread says, the engine is toast. 150,000 on a 351 isnt bad so its ready to be rebuilt. Since I'm doing this, my dad gave me a jet performance chip and its for the 92-95 f series trucks. Would this be ok in my Bronco when I rebuild the engine? I'm rebuilding the engine back to stock.

Yes it will be okay but you will be limited to premium for gas. I dont believe that the chip has a program for running regular.

Thats what the manual says. I dont drive it a whole lot but would like the extra umph. Plus its free, and if anything, I can take the chip out and use the factory one if it bugs me.
