Well, what do you know? One of the rims I was sent has the wrong bolt pattern (the one on the upper left in the pic above). It looks to be a 5x4.5. Sorry, by roof I met the middle of the metal roof. I was thinking the antenna had to be for the most part in the middle of a metal ground plane. Learn something new every day.

Really? I thought that you wanted to have the antenna in the middle of the roof. That way it has metal surrounding it. That's good to know then.

Nothing too big, I added a radio to the Bronco. I'm going to call Rugged Radios on Monday and get some mounts for the antennas. The fire department cut out half of the wiring for them.
