Re: Rear suspension not adding up
Cause everyone loves pictures... from the looks of it only 19.25" but it works. I do have very minimal spring seperation but havent noticed any issues in the 5 years the pack has been on the truck. It was a f53 pack I sent into deaver to have upgraded to the q80 and deaver said all the springs looke...

Our bronco bumps on the frame and cycles 19.5" travel. Works pretty decent.... best leaf sprung truck ive ever driven and ive own quite a few prerunners. U joint bind is whats limiting my travel #'s too btw

I say leave it the way it is.... the time spent editing your post you could have proof read it first. I dont post unless I feel I have it as accurate as can be....

Re: My 95
If you're going to go to the trouble of having a custom axle built with a fabricated housing, etc. Do yourself a favor & go full float at that time. If it wasnt for pressed in axle tubes the 8.8 would still be going strong in my bronco. Ive raced on semi float flanges and never had an issue. The co...

Re: Lisa A.K.A. LaBronc James
You need to ditch that drop hanger setup and notch out the body if you want your ride height to lower in the rear.... I believe solo makes a longer shackle then threats so you could always buy their shackle to lower the height as well... I know that with my Q80 springs it didnt sit thst gnarly at al...

I went with the currie housing. Housing and axles was 1400$, 3rd member was 1,000$ and the gm calipers, dodge rotors and ruffstuff caliper mounts was 200$.... housing has 3.5 axle tubes with the billet big bearing flanges

Re: Race radios
There is nothing wrong with running the TK730H. Tons of people are running them and they are almost bullet proof. I do repairs and refurbish radios for the guys at Solo MotorSports and a bunch of other teams. The main repairs are external stuff that gets trashed, do to poor installation and poor pr...

Just curious....Wrightracing.net wrote:I like Vertex VX6000 110 watt VHF. If you are just talking car to car, a smaller radio is ok, but does not cut it in Baja.
What test equipment do you use to check deviation, frequency error, rf power output and receiver? What are you using to tune your antennas?
Thanks,
Chris

Re: My 95
I can promise you once you put deavers on it you'll want to link it. Once you link it you'll wish you stretched it.... its a never ending cycle of more need for speed..... With that said im pleasantly suprised how these broncos do with deavers. Why not build it in stages? Deavers and 9" and run it f...

Re: Hood shaking/core support
Like others have said... I had the same issue. Kept patching it with more tibe supports until it would crack in other places... only fix was caging through the firewall. Now its solid as can be. When I had a giant engine cage and solid body mounts I started cracking the firewall from the passenger s...

Re: Seadoo question
Anyone know what a couple of 92 Seadoo XPs are worth. Are they any good? I have a chance to get a pair but not sure what a fair price for the pair with a trailer would be? Here is my opinion on it..... seadoos are a waste of time and money.... in the last 2 years ive had 3 94 seadoo xp's and 2 94 y...

My GT40 302 put down 220hp 232ft/lbs torque with a holly 750 4 barrel carb....
I personally think once you put some 24# injectors in it and tune it you will easily see 220-230hp or maybe more.... I think its gonna starve gor fuel with the stock injectors
