Re: Jeffs Bronco Graveyard Cage's.

I was under the impression DOM and 4130 were the only tubing offroad sanctioning bodies like Score, BITD and other desert racing organizations let you use for a cage. New redneck racing, heck, get them fence posts from the school. Or that schedule 40 from the homedepot. Just kidding.

Re: Custom 92-96 Hoods

I have run the stock hood for a long time with Autofab fenders. I like the lines and when I get to the body work on mine I want to get a fiberglass hood. The things I want in a hood are a way to vent the engine compartment better but want to keep it simple but effective. I don't like shark gills or ...

Re: Jeffs Bronco Graveyard Cage's.

Right off the bat, it makes me nervous, you have to upgrade to get DOM. It may be better than nothing but may give a false sense of safety to a low information off roader. Beware of bolt to the floor cages that don't have frame connectors under that mount. Never use tubing for a cage that is seam we...

Bent the Bottom bar and crushed the aluminum plate. That happens when you nose dive a dune jump.

The BFG pits and relay have always been great to us. Be it in the Class 1, 5, 8 and even when one of our Motorcycles needed help. All are A1 classy Guys and Gals. Thanks

I am on the Tap Talk app, and I am not seeing ads yet. I have no problem with the ads if it helps the Forum owner to keep stuff funded. Maybe we can get the ability to edit our posts now. :-) :-) :-)

Raptor drive train? Seems to me that for the cost of the raptor they could have built a much better and faster, Go-Fast-Bronco. Just sayin.

Re: Cutting a 3" Hole in the Frame

Did the back pressure caused by such a tight bend impact performance at all?

Re: Cutting a 3" Hole in the Frame

I have mine under right now but have plans to move it. I have crushed it a little on rocks and now is kind of oval. My shocks are through the bed so I have no issues with that.

One thing I will do is some type of heat shield to help the flood from getting so hot for the people in the back seat.

Re: TTB piviot end C&T?

That is cool, I just have not experience with that Scott. Scott at Camburg had a set of Shackles out to me the next day after I talked to his and he was reasonable on price. I have a couple people I have known for a while that I get advice from because I have seen them do work far above the quality ...

Re: Moog Caster - Camber Adjuster bushings for Bronco Ball joint

I have had the Rancho ones on mine for almost 20 years and they are adjustable. Now I have not taken them apart in 5 or 6 year so they may be trashed by now. When I redo the front end it all gets new stuff.

Re: RMC's el hefe build.

Looks good. I did the same with my pucks.

That is not bad on the brake lines. I think I paid just under a $100 for my 2 front ones.
