Re: If You Want Better AC Do This....
No Ball Valve or Jerry Riggin. This is the Thread I followed. Cost less than 50 Bucks for everything and works like a charm. I know the write up Below it says to use a Jeep Valve but the Ford P/N is YG-350. Its 32 bucks at Ford. I heard of the Autozone ones leaking right off the batt and I don't hav...

Re: If You Want Better AC Do This....
Have you done the heater core bypass mod yet? I'm in Imperial Valley and its been 115 consistently and my A/C would blow at 75° to 80° max outta the vents. Added a YG-350 Heater Valve that bypasses the heater core then ran the Vacuum line off a "T" going to Blend air door actuator . As soon as I was...

Got my bumps in and started to mess around. Don’t know if I’m liking this spot to much and I’m second guessing myself on material choice. Right now the plan is to box the mounting completely in with 1/8th all around. I have some 3/16 plate just don’t know if it will be enough. Have a feeling the wei...

Here is our process at work we use to weld cast. While the cast gears we weld are 4’ to 6’ round a spindle should be no problem. Haha also due to the size of the spindle I don’t see why you couldn’t cut the cool down times to 15 mins. Depending on the outside temp, our oven gets to 600 to 900*. Plac...

Work has been crazy, so I have been working on it when I can. Spent a couple days getting it from peices to something that looks semi done lol. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180613/508fb7887a14e8843762b49c92035278.jpg Beams are done and suspension cycled. Well finally decided I was at that point to start a build thread. After looking for months on the right Bronco that wasn't junked out, I bought a 1994 Bronco from a guy up in Oxnard for a deal I couldn't pass up. Only thing wrong was the A/C didn't work but that was an easy fix!. Original plan was t...

NIce clean bronco! What are you plans? Well, lol.I have a lot of plans! Money always being the deciding factor. As of right now I just finished up my jig to Cut & Turn then added the option of extending my beams to whatever width. I'm contemplating extending the beams 4" per side. I have a donar se...

Re: Finally got my Bronco!
Good Morning Guys, Figured its time I come out from the shadows and see what's going on. Went ahead and got myself a nice Christmas gift this past year and it's time to start building the bronco I always wanted. I've always wanted a bronco since I was a kid! Searched for months and finally found a d...
