Re: In tank pump for LS/LT swap
Wonder if that fuel pump setup would work with the poly tank as well?

Re: Andy J's 1995 xlt
How did you mount your Quick 4 controller? There is a guy in one of the 6R80 groups that is 3D printing flush mounts for the Quick 6. It might work for the Quick 4.

Desolate V562 VS Q80 Springs
Is anyone familiar with the V562 spring? I see it is described as a race spring but with additional load capabilities. How would it do for an occasional daily driver? Mostly used for tent camping in the mountains and to run sweep for NASA Rallies. Being an East Coast guy I don't get to see desert ar...

Re: 1996 Eddie Bauer
Now if someone creative could graft a power seat base to a MasterCraft RS then us old big guys could ride for hours in comfort. I have found that sometimes the bottom cushion angle has a lot to do with my discomfort. Maybe some of you are old enough to remember when they placed an AC vent underneath...

40 inch waist and 6'-2" Would I be cramped in the standard MasterCraft RS? Fabric vs Vinyl. Notice any difference in wear

Use a wristed shackle to attach the bar to the crossmember and it will not bind.

With a good anti-wrap bar set up you don't need to worry about it.

I think he means 2 degrees down from transfer case output angle. With cardan joint it should point directly at the transfer case output, when at ride height with full spring pack.

Nice Bronco!! That is a long list of updates. Would love to see pics of how you mounted the batteries in the rear under the floor.

Yeah since he did have the size you recommended then yes he should be ok on front. I meant if he went from the size he originally posted and the size you suggested.

Re: Big Brakes
Whew if I had just waited a few minutes I could have saved typing all that. Glad you got it working!! Curious what is your minimum pedal height from the floor when you achieve lock up. Just apply the brakes sitting still using the same force you did to achieve lock up. Also what adjustments did you ...

Re: Big Brakes
Hope I have my head screwed on right, so if I make mistakes forgive me and I will correct them. First off, Todd thanks for commenting on the front caliper piston size. Glad you knew what the stock piston area was. He will for sure need a larger master cylinder. Now if he goes with a master cylinder ...

Re: Big Brakes
I have never examined the fitting you are talking about. Should only be a small spring and a steel ball. Once the pressure gets too low to overcome the spring the ball will shut off the port.

Re: Big Brakes
Todd, Yes you are correct on that point but it was mainly to keep the shoes close to the drum. Without the residual valve the springs will collapse the shoes completely. The pressure setting needs just enough to back the shoes up slightly. 2 PSI usually is not enough to keep the shoes pushed out but...
