How much do you have in the rear end? Trying to start working out my budget. Slowly trying to start accumulating parts. Also is the truck back in Dana point? Would like to check it out sometime.

Thanks for the replays! Was able to fix the cooling leak but at some point I will be pulling the motor for a rebuild so good info to have stored away.

Really liked talking with the solo guys, they really seam to know Broncos. Just figured I should look around and compare.

Have talked to threat and solo so far. Both seam to offer good products and seam very knowledgable. Sounds like threat is trying to get away from doing installs though. I don't mind wrenching on the truck but setting up a LT is beyond my skill set

Talked to L&R this morning, super helpful shop. If it comes down too it is definitely consider using them to rebuild the motor. Hopefully that's a ways down the road but good to have a referral to a good shop if needed.

Also what upgrades such as cams or heads won't affect the trucks ability to stay California emissions legal? Been reading about multiple ways to get a little more out of the motor but not sure if it would still pass smog?

Not afraid to spend a few $$$ if it gets me a better truck in the end. That said I'm not trying to build a 500 HP motor(well I'd like to but have to be somewhat realistic) what's a fair price for something installed that had a decent warranty?
