Well finally getting some work done to the bronco. Got the engine cage mostly done, still need to add a cross over bar between the hoops. Manged to get the coil overs mounted today and picked up the new tires.

Measurement needed

Can somebody please measure the distance from the firewall to the end of the master cylinder? I'm currently running a f350 booster and master cylinder. I'm trying to figure out where i want my upper shock mount and as of now the master cylinder is right in the way. Thanks.

Re: Mini spool?

If it was me i would stick with the limited slip. When i finally get my bronco back in the road it will be open in the front and locked in the rear.

Re: Mini spool?

You don't want a spool in the front. I welded the front of my bronco as a temp repair. When the hubs are locked you won't turn and you will break stuff. My opinion, put a limited slip in the front. I really don't see the need for a front locker unless you're rock crawling.

Re: Another Bronco Build

You're better off with the impact or wrench on the top of the bolt. Once you get them loose back the bolts out about half way and hit them with a sledgehammer to separate the sleeves. That's how I did mine. The 6 rear are easy to beat on, the front two under the dash are a little harder to hit but i...

Re: snowman429's 93 Bronco v2.0

Here's a couple pictures of what I've done lately. I have to drop the shackle hanger down about an inch so the shackles will clear the body. Figured out where to mount the radius arms and bolted them on. Next will be the coilover mounts.
