I am making a custome steering shaft and need to know the spline count and diamater at the gear box. Any help will be great!

What year is your motor? If it has a map sensor, check the wires running to it, if they are not getting a good conection it will make the bronco shut down under load. Also it is pretty easy to replace, and cheep. They have a piece that can bypass the egr valve and make the computer think all is good...
