Be careful, some of these extra capacity pans require a fair amount of fab work to the crossmember to be able to fit. Not sure about the E4OD but a 2 quart pan and a C-6 require this.

I run a Bilstien with ACV 14" coilover with 400/250 rates. I think i could go up or down 50 on either one and it would be pretty good. Most of the shock companies could get a close starting point for you if you give them a call.

Update: Got the above kits installed in my C-6 and finally got a chance to really check it out yesterday. Completely different truck to drive in a good way. Love how it hits into 2nd and 3rd. Feels like it connects the power to the road so much better. Next I'll try it in the dirt, cant wait.

A concept that i have been thinking about is dynomat or sound deadening matt first, and then lizard skin on top of that. I would think that if the lizard skin was applied thick enough it would not be a problem with the dynomat underneath sloughing off, but that is the question. Any thoughts?
