Travis,
Thanks man, super stoked on it.
Richer built all bumpers and skids. And most else in the truck at this point haha.
The spare tire carrier uses a trailer hub instead of heims; based on a Ruff Stuff kit.
Front shafts are same as the rear; 300m.

Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
This is a clean ride! how is the single internal bypass working? I'm trying to decide between the Fox and king 3.0 internal bypass.
Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Haven't had a whole lot of time/miles on them yet- but the taste I have had has me stoked and looking forward to pushing more.
Huge improvement over the 2.5" body 9100 series coilovers and stock width beams I was running before.
I like the packaging with these- nice and clean and should be more than i'll ever need.
IIRC, due to design difference between the King and Fox IBP, the shafts are larger diameter on the Kings. Not sure where I read it- maybe someone can chime in...
Dropped by the scale today and she weighed in at 5920 lbs. That is without top, rear seat or toolbox and spares, half tank of fuel.
She's gonna be heavy once she is loaded up....

Is that Avalanche Grey? For some reason I thought you were going with leadfoot. Was that in the plans or am I thinking of someone else?
Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Bronco looks awesome by the way!
Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Thanks for the good words gents!
Color is Dove Grey. I originally was going to go with Avalanche, which is very close, but Dove was slightly darker with a bit more blue.
My buddy Josh is planning on shooting his in Leadfoot, and it will look awesome.
I dig the leadfoot too, but hoping the lighter color is better for heat and hiding pinstriping....

got the top back on and grabbed a couple shots. She's looking a bit more pedestrian again...

Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Bronco looks great, making me thing I need a second one.
Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Well, the new paint job definitely rekindled the love!
And got me thinking about what items were left on the to-do list.
The one major component left to go through was the original E4OD, so I started to grab some goodies...
Moroso 42050 Transmission Pan for Ford E40D/4R100

Billet torque converter from Hughes...
Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
I had yet to replace the factory trans mount, so I dropped by Autofab for their version and left it with Polishing Proz for powdercoat.
Nice pieces from John and Autofab, and quick turnaround from Oscar and Polishing Proz; appreciate the way these gentlemen run their businesses.

Re: Bray's 96 Sleeper
Then I said goodbye for yet another stretch- ours has been a long distance relationship this past couple years it seems.
