Alive and well...and busy. A remodel on our home is sucking time and money, like a piglet. House is completely gutted. Plumbing all the way from the city main to the back of the property is being replaced, all electrical being stripped and reinstalled with modern day materials, completely new HVAC, entirely new kitchen (flooring, cabinets, appliances) from floor to ceiling, new ceiling and insulation...basically we're keeping most of the cement slab and parts of the framing and roof.
