Lisa A.K.A. LaBronc James
I recently bought a 1993 5.0 bronco that I am planning on building up into a prerunner / rescue vehicle. So far for my build i have Deaver Q-80 leaf pack and on its way is Threat Motorsports 4.5 over cut turned trussed beams, race style boxed radius arms, rear shock tower under the bed, and shackles. As soon as that is in I'm taking it straight to Jay at Wide Open Customz to install my beams and build an engine cage for me. My friend Kalil has already built me a rear bumper that is bad ass and flush which I like. I will post pics of that and of the build soon. Any advise or recomendations is greatly appreciated.

For the front I think I am running 14" 2.5 Kings with 400/450 Coilovers, and for the rear 12" 2.5 or 3.0 bypass. What do you guys think

Cant wait to see ur build. U can check out my thread. I have all the Threat stuff also. Been working great so far.. I am running 3.0 shocks. 14" up front and 12" in rear. Plenty of travel. If your going to run 37" then make sure to push front forward 1" and put taller body mounts in. I did that and I have zero rub on tires!!

I cant wait either. I will be running 35's. How do you like the 3.0 up front? I heard that it doesnt ride as well as the 2.5. What springs do you have?

Right on. I like the 3.0. You can tell that they get softer as the fluid warms up for sure. I am running soft springs. 250 over 300. I started soft because I can always adjust it more stiff. As of now I like how it rides. But I still need to take out to king for testing and have them make adjustments.keenanduran1 wrote:I cant wait either. I will be running 35's. I hope you ditch the chrome fender covers.... Just saying. Did you re-plumb the vacuum in silicon?
