7 Degree Reamer

Post by Drilim »

Does anyone have a 7 degree reamer they can lend me for a weekend?

I did the "knuckle under" TRE flip a few years back, and my driver side knuckle was reamed just a hair to much. After swapping out the steering box, and new moog TRE's, thats the only play left in the steering. I want to ream it deeper and use the conical steel inserts to get it right. Looked around online and they are $100+. Id be happy to throw some money in paypal and cover shipping.

I'd the Dana 44 lower ball joint hole 7 degrees. In the past I did the cut and turn buy reusing the cut one and moving it out. I am going to make a bullet steel one piece lower mount. I keep seeing two angles 7 and 10.

I am going to get a reamer.
