Just sharing my recent experience with these 2 companies. It should be clear that i never plan to use either one again and niether should you.
Recently i had to rebuild my 1985 351w out of the BroncO 'Bama and ordered a towing cam from rockauto and manufactured by Enginetech. Both companies had this camshaft listed as for my application.
Installed the ca, finished the engine and get ready for fire up. Fire up always results in backfire through the carb so i fight with distributor timing and eventually pull the valve covers and confirm that the cam is for the old 302/289 firing order and not the 302HO/351W firing order. niether rockauto or enginetech is willing to refund anything so i learned my lesson about using the cheapest option that does not care about their customers.

Damn. That is just sad. I know if I were in your situation I'd be livid! I can't believe they will take zero responsibility.
