I agree- not a fan of the tailgate removal either. All in all it seems like a LOT of work to make the thing look like a 70's dodge. I hadn't seen this supercab before, just this one

I agree with both of you! Green is rad. Looks of truck - not so much.

you have a type-o there. That 7 was meant to be an 8 - right...???

80-86 are the fuglies. 70's are beauty queens compared to that - haha

Ahhh, got my dander up a bit obviously. I thought you just meant the 70's trucks in general.

I agree & think they look better with the body line. While I do understand trying to do something different, and realize there is a lot of work in those trucks to remove the body line - I just don't get it personally. Money/time could be better spent somewhere else IMO, but hey, it's their truck, not mine.

When I was young, a friend had a 78 we called big red. 2WD with major power but heavy as heck and hated the sand. Still a great classic beast.

Here are a few more shots. This thing has been sitting for a long time. What is it worth? Everything is there except a few gauges in the dash. All hoses are rotted. Wiring isn't good. Motor, trans and rearend need rebuilt. Lots of surface rust but nothing too bad.

He's not sure if it's Dan beavers old pre-runner or his second class 8. I sent him the other pics to help ID it.

Money? Normally I would say not much but NORRA has driven up the value of old race cars.
