I've been doing ~80 feet here in NM for years with no issues. No problem getting places, etc.

I recently bought a 32' super c motorhome to build. I am getting tired of not being able to leave the state with all my junk!!!

I'm currently trying to find a ~28' stacker but I don't want 13+ feet tall. Just 11'. Figure I can put a big toy (race truck, ramcharger, 3rd gen, etc) in there and then the partial stacker portion over the hood should give me enough to put some quads and bikes up top and bottom.

Only dilemma I'm having is I can't take 2 big toys or the rhino with this setup.

I too with at least 75' was legal everywhere. At least maybe on the interstates and 10 miles off or something??

Put all the quads/bikes/ whatever in the back then tow the truck on a trailer.

Ya, I have now a 1990, 32' 454 ci Pace Arrow and it would not be able to pull a trailer up the grade out of San Diego to the desert or the grade through Lompoc to Pismo Beach with a 7100lbs F350, 4000lbs Bronco and 4 300 to 400 lbs quads. This is one reason I am meeting with a realtor this month to purchase land in the Plaster City area to keep the toys out at.

I'm poor Tchajagos or I would. Actually I'd go the towterhome route. I'm trying to stay legal and cheap. Figure I can be in the whole set up for less the 15 grand.

How small of a pop up trailer? What about just using a tent? There are some nice tents now a days.

I was looking at both the toterhome and the 6x6. The toterhome would be way more comfortable. Yet a good 6x6 can be picked up for under $13,000.

You need to 12v swap that motorhome!! Haha. The super c I bought (motorhome on a 5500 gm kodiak chassis) is the 8.1 gas. I've been towing ~9k behind it so far and it's a beast. No complaints. I have a feeling once I am closer to 14-15k though, it's gonna get a 12v cummins swap...

The 6x6 route is cool, I just think id get frustrated when I want to move fast(er), and they aren't exactly comfy or quiet. And you still have the dilemma of seating capacity up front, the crews are hard to come by.

That's one of my friends hauler. It's a 38' (34' deck) tongue pull he tows with his excursion. He can put his 4 seat rock crawler and his quads/rzr on it, or he has a ramp setup that he can put up over the pop up and haul his prerunner and crawler. It's pretty cool....

This is my current setup with the little trailer. I double tow with the 5th wheel still when I want to take the cummins for a driver.

So here's the trailers I'm looking at. A 2007 fleetwood/coleman E3, which will be perfect to take up into the sierras and back country. trying to find a 40' lowboy gooseneck has proven quite difficult, at least trying to find one in California or surrounding states. So the next option is this big tex 40' 22gn goose. It's a little tall, but that might be ok for getting into some places. The E3 is is just under 22 foot and the bronco is around 16'. It's definitely pushing it to get all the toys on one trailer. But the E3 can haul the wife's quad. I can build a platform on top of the gooseneck to haul the kids quads, and when I get a bike again it can reside either on the very back or front.
