Thanka guys.... I can average 11 minute miles and if I push can get under a 9 minute mile. It's hard on the knees! Been lifting very little 100-120 in bicep and tricep curls.
Just trying to knock some baby fat I have been carrying fr 20 plus years. Hahaha.

Bravo, Tony! You're damn right it counts. A bitchin' Bronco won't do you any good if you're not healthy enough to enjoy it. The wife and I have been fairly health-conscious for quite some time now but are becoming more and more dedicated to it. We already ate pretty well and just last week we both committed to a low-carb diet. I started cutting unnecessary carbs about 6 weeks ago and (although my focus is health and not weight loss), have dropped almost 15 lbs. Meals these days consist of no fillers, lots of protein and as many veggies and fruits as possible. We've also both been working out (nothing intense at the moment) regularly. I've been doing a short workout 3 days a week and am now adding sprints 2 days a week. I need to pick up some weight, too.tcm glx wrote:I am working on loosing weight (does that count??) She's back on her legs. Can't take credit for any of the welding/assembly though.

Re: Random updates... what are you working on?
Well, picked up a set of spare turn signals, and ordered some XDRL day time running lights that have 5-5W LEDs in a mini projector. Plan is to install them inside the turn signals and run as DRL's on the Bronco..... not really sure if I will like it, if it will work, or even look good, but what the hell, time for another project.
Also, still trying to conquer an almighty LED brake light setup......

Started my beams, Dana 50/44 hybrids! This was after day one Saturday! Never messed with beams before the bronco. So this hooker travel is all new to me.

Welcome to the light. After being a beam guy for so long, I don't think I could ever drive an A-Arm truck. Sloppy? Sure? A durable brute? Absolutely!drewbee88 wrote:Never messed with beams before the bronco. So this hooker travel is all new to me.

Re: Random updates... what are you working on?
It will be well worth it when finished. I do admire money well spent, my cheap ass at my last house hand mixed 80 bags to cover 60ft long and 4.5 ft wide. It was awful. I ended up breaking it all up and redoing it when I poured my patio slab. Second time around I got a truck and a pump. I can't say ill ever attempt that agian.

Yeah concrete is hard work. Id rather pay someone else. Heres the patio cover and the wire looms along with the accel coil in the jet boat.
