BW1356 Output Flange & driveshaft & diff guy & alignment sho

Post by yikes »

I need a new out put flange for my T-case, but cannot seem to find a supplier. Any of you know where to buy new?

Also need a new driveshaft...again...Banning Driveline has let me down 3 times now, so it's time to find a more reputable source that doesn't need a wad of cash.

Also need a good shop to replace bearings and set the gears up right.

Also need a good alignment shop that knows off-road vehicles.

Not asking for much, am I?

TLT Tony from RDC

But really, any GOOD alignment shop should be able to do it. Stock specs are fine if all the geometry is good.

I went and had my 8.8" and D-44 re-geared by san diego gear and axle. he's out in el cajon. it was two years ago, but if i remember right it was $250 for the labor each axle, i supplied the parts, and he was able to turn them around in two days. i havn't had any problems with either diffs.

Thanks Philo. The driveshaft is 25" from flange to centerline of the rear u-joint. Shorty.

Inland Empire Driveline in Ontario/Rancho did the driveshafts for the Jeepspeed I used to chase for, never once had one go bad.

Got one:

It's just a hair under 25" compressed. For you Brian, only $50.

If you make it to Pismo that would be great! Hopefully a good drive shaft will tame things a bit for the drive.
