anyway, i for one love to eat...and cook. so i thought i would share a recipe i borrowed from my wife and made mine....
anyone else please share what you got(not what your wife makes what you make
)chicken enchilada soup
need a crock pot!
1 whole chicken breast
2 pints of mediun echilada sauce(or hot up to you....)
3 tomatos cut into chunks
1 small onion diced
small can of corn
2 cups of chicken stock or broth
throw it all in the crock pot
cook on low for 6-7hr
mash up the chicken
throw some sour cream,cheese,and smashed up tortilla chips in a bowl
eat .
im sure most of you had had this sorta thing before but me......i LOVE it
