I'm on Vacation...

Post by robertcrav »

Rarely do I take time off of work, but we found out a friend of ours has access to a house (owned by a family member) in North Fork, near Yosemite, and they invited us up.

First of all wow, this is absolutely gorgeous scenery...and we are here thru the weekend. I know we'll be going into Yosemite one day, and either bass or one of the other lakes nearby another day... just so happy to be out of the office and looking at truly heavenly country.

The view from the kitchen doesn't suck...

Enjoy it up there. Only been to Yosemite once (left from the GFB Pismo trip 2 years ago), and it's beautiful for sure!

We went to Yosemite the day after Christmas... not much snow but it was absolutely beautiful and we had a great time.

Rob,

Bass Lake is awesome. We camp there for a week every year. Worth the drive over.
