BBQ master or not, I'm up for whatever. How do we want to work the meat (ha!)? Should we all bring a chunk to throw on a communal grill?

It's looking like my head count for dinner will be 4.

In addition to beans, I'll bring chips and salsa.

Can someone be in charge of plates and styrofoam cups? Think I have enough forks and spoons.

No keep your meat to yourself please. It has to marinate so stop sweatin' it. Have I ever let you down Steve?

Never, my friend. Never!

For the record, I ain't sweatin' you. I just don't expect you to always bear the brunt of the meal.

My headcount increased to 7 today. My friend Shane and family will be joining us for dinner. His girls and mine will all come out together to eat and head home after dinner. Shane and I will sty behind to partake in good livin', GFB-style.

So who is showing up Friday night?

We will have plates, napkins, etc. for all.

If we make it Friday night, it will be very, very late like last year.

Ok here's what I got out of this thread so far:

The In Crowd:

Steve G plus 6
Brian plus 3
Nick plus ???
Bondobob
300 plus 3
Billy1911 plus 2
Me rollin' stagg but bringing a BBQ master and his assistant.
That totals 23 cool kids.

Showed interest but not confirmed:

CS Drums
Otter......They're will be no tasers.
Shocksseals.com
Tchajagos

Our pit master wants to know how many are eating so please take a minute and let us know if your coming and how many in your crew.

No Nick or Brian this year. 3 of my plus 6 are kids, so they'll eat light.

Don't worry about providing leftovers for the next morning. Jeff and I are changing up breakfast this year and will have everything handled.

Ok so we will be there. Showing up Saturday morning and leaving Saturday evening. No fun truck, because I have no rear shocks.

Will be myself, Wife and 3 kiddos. Yes Ashley will be there.

Let me know what we are lacking and I will bring whatever.

Yes! I think we're good for dinner. We have meat, beans, Mac, salad and brownies. If there's something you or anyone else feels we need to have with dinner, you're welcome to bring it.

I'll let the girls know. They'll be excited.

Oh, and Bondobob is bringing A LOT of firewood, so no one else needs to worry about bringing it. He said if he's not able to load up a bunch Friday, he'll need someone to make a run with him Saturday morning.

Well that just bites. And I'm not talking about breakfast either. Hell I might as well leave the Bronco at home. Damn it.

Well, I thought I was free and clear to confirm. My son's basket ball coach called a few minutes ago and he has his first practice on Saturday. So we are out. Pretty bummed. Hope you all have a good time and no one gets tazed.

James has 2 boys now??? Man it's been too long. Last time I saw him though was at the HuckFEAST a few years back. It's when you guys had just gotten the newfie and brought him along. So what is that 4-5 years ago now??

Its been awhile. Looks like James is sick so he will be out. Me and my family are still going. Cleaned up the Alaskan camper for the trip. Steve, can you program older road master radios?
