I missed that one but he sure stuck it!

As I've already said, the beach was a complete zoo. I haven't seen that many people/vehicles actually driving on the dunes in years. Not since the height of the economy/housing market when everyone has a second and third on their house to pay for a $100,000 sand rail. There were thousands of people gathered for the show. So many that I decided to just stay put with Rob and Brandon and not go look for others in our group. Unless they were in a truly distinct truck. There was no way I was going to find them. Heck, I couldn't find Jim and Paige in their big bad red Bronco and they were just down the way from me. I stood on top of the Bronco for a good half hour searching the sea of trucks, quads, buggies, UTC's, etc. and no luck.

The show itself was unorganized and really slow but it was still a good time. I'm sure they learned a lot this year and will improve dramatically next year. The people-watching alone was great entertainment. People from all over the state and even from a few others made the trek.

Lastly, dinner at Jim and Paige's camp was OFF THE HOOK! Ribs, beans and rice (together), salad and bread... YUM! Thanks again. It was great to meet you two.

I also got to hang with Kritter and crew for a bit... good times!
