Hung my Truss on a stair case mid way down

I was last in line and made it up no sweat then hooked and drug on the way down. Had to work it loose with left / right steering and reverse and drive. The rear started to hook and slid sideways (Locker) as I got free and kissed the rock on the side of the trail.

Yikes (aka Brian) and Carmen made a batch of fantastic spaghetti and sausage with garlic bread and BondoRob (aka Robert) grilled up some perfectly timed marinated chicken and veggies. We actually had some chili cheese bread sticks from Schat's and the meal ended with a homemade peach and boysenberry pie made the same afternoon at the Brown's Campground store. No pics but nobody left hungry...

Broncodawg (aka Greg) stopped by to hang out for a bit to close the day. At the end of the meal Greg decided to grab one more of Brian's tasty sausages... he attempted to balance the big sauce covered sausage onto his plate with a spoon, but the sausage had the last laugh! Actually we all got quite a chuckle over his sauce covered shirt and shorts. Good times and laughs all around!

Campgrounds are great places to see/hear other peoples business and this one is no exception. One of our neighbors is a drunk who apparently misses his dog a LOT. Some of us got to overhear him drunk dial a patient stranger at 2:30 am Friday morning. He explained to them about how much he misses his dog, probably an 6-8 minute call. I really wish I could have heard the other end of it! He was polite enough and apologized multiple times for waking him/her up. Apparently his motorcycle broke down in Bishop so he's here for awhile. More stories on this character to follow.
